If you have been in an isolated room before you might have a real understanding of what it is to be idle. Being alone in your room and having nothing in particular to do at all for the whole 24hours in the day.
And what about having nothing to do for a week, a month and even years?
But is it possible at all for you not to have anything to do?
If you are not ill, then you must be doing something.
Find yourself a hobby.
Think about something you like.
You can join musical group in your area.
You can make sport
You can start reading.
You can learn gardening.
What about dancing?
You can help your neighbor who has much things than you to do, you are making friends!
What about writing?
Try it, go to the open market if you have no computer of your own, you can get used one for as little as 10.00€
You just want to start practicing to use computer and this used computer could be of help to you.
At this Internet age, you should know how to use computer and you should have a personal e-mail address. Go to Internet, meet new people. Chat with them and share your problem with them. Someone would sure listen to you.
If you want to remain alone thinking and making no move to get out of your isolation you will not only harm your health you may end up destroying your self.
If you are a refugee and your movement is restricted on the ground, make a road for yourself on the Internet.
There are Internet cafes in most refugee camps and they are free.
Wake up! many people are already fighting for your liberation, they are working hard to see that you get out of your isolated camps but try your best and do not destroy yourself.
You must be able to have something to do.
But if you are waiting for someone to come and buy you a new laptop find you a nice house to sleep and furnish it before you start to make your move, you may never move and you may remain being idle for long time to come.
